When you place an order with Auto1Direct we have to record your name and address(es) so we can fulfil your order request. These form a permanent accounting record and cannot be removed as they may be required under the Companies Act audit or some other Legal compliance.

We can assure you that our system is secure, and that your details are perfectly safe. All information is collected on a secure server. We never store credit or debit card details, only customer details. Even when you access your account via your password, you are only shown part of your information.

Please also be aware that Auto1Direct does not hold names and addresses for any third party company. Your details will never be passed on and we will not contact you with product information unless you have requested that we do.
